About Johnson & Berry Manufacturing
Johnson & Berry Manufacturing was founded in 1980 by Pat Johnson, who had identified the need for machining and fabrication services in the area around L’Anse, Michigan. With financial assistance from his friend Tom Berry, Pat was able to start and grow the company to 20 employees while adding new equipment and expanding the facilities over time.
The company was sold to the present owners Bill Johnson and Cory Frisk in 2006. Both bring a degree in Industrial Technology and Computer Aided Design with their technical expertise in machining and fabrication. Bill and Cory along with the dedicated craftsmen at Johnson & Berry remain committed to the same quality and service reputation the organization had established through the years. The foundation of the company is a motivated and highly skilled workforce which has allowed Johnson & Berry to establish long-term relationships with customers.
Bill and Cory endeavor to grow the organization and diversify into other markets and products while maintaining a philosophy of integrity, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Johnson & Berry’s standard of excellence begins with focusing on the requirements of each job, ensuring consistency, quality, and on-time delivery. Johnson & Berry remains family owned and operated, and as such is committed to the success of its customers. The customers’ priorities are Johnson & Berry’s priorities, and through continual improvement across all aspects of the business, Johnson & Berry is able to manufacture and deliver premium products – on time and on budget.
